Registration Fees

• Registration is open to healthcare professionals and students of health sciences.
• Late registration is open until .
• All fees include VAT.
• Chamber membership is checked against the member list at the time of registration.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Requests received on or before are refunded in full, minus bank charges.
• No refunds are given after that date, but you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
• Refunds are processed after the congress.

Workshop Registration

Workshops have limited places and are allocated in order of payment. Congress registration is required to join a workshop. See the workshop list for times, instructors and individual fees.

Accommodation

• Rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast. City tax is paid at the hotel.
• Rooms are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
