Getting There

The venue is about 25 minutes by taxi from the international airport. Airport shuttle buses run every hour to the city centre, a 10-minute walk from the venue.

Name Badge

Every registered participant receives a name badge at the registration desk. Please wear it at all times; it is required to enter the halls, exhibition and coffee breaks.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates are issued online after the congress to all registered participants who attended. You will receive a download link by email.

CPD Credits

An application for continuing professional development credits has been submitted. The number of credits will be announced here once approved.

Invitation Letter & Visa

The congress secretariat can issue an invitation letter for your employer or visa application on request. Invitation letters do not cover any costs.

Language

The official languages is English . Simultaneous translation is provided in the main hall in Albanian.

Weather & Dress Code

Mid-May temperatures usually range from 10 °C to 22 °C. Business casual is recommended; bring comfortable clothing for workshops.

Accessibility

All congress halls are step-free and accessible by lift. Let us know in advance if you need any support during the congress.
